Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:

• 1.1. If you decide to cancel your camping booking, the following refund percentages will apply based on the number of days before the scheduled trip:
• • 90% refund if cancelled 30 days before the trip.
  • 80% refund if cancelled 20 days before the trip.
  • 70% refund if cancelled 15 days before the trip.
  • No refund will be given if cancelled within 15 days before the trip.

Refund Process:

• 2.1. To initiate a cancellation and refund, you must notify us in writing via email or through our online booking portal.
• 2.2. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation period described above.
• 2.3. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the booking process.
• 2.4. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions:

• 3.1. In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other situations beyond your control, we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
• 3.2. Supporting documentation or evidence may be required to support your claim for an exception.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• 4.1. Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation period. These fees may include administrative charges, processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs incurred by our company.

Changes to Bookings:

• 5.1. If you wish to modify your booking rather than cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible.
• 5.2. Changes to the booking are subject to availability and our approval.
• 5.3. Additional charges or adjustments to the refund amount may apply based on the changes made to the original booking.
