Terms and Conditions for Online Booking of Camping Services

Reservation and Booking

• 1.1. By making an online booking with our camping company, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
• 1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our end.
• 1.3. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
• 1.4. Only individuals aged 18 years or older can make a booking.
• 1.5. The booking is considered complete once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment

• 2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• 2.2. Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway.
• 2.3. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
• 2.4. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Cancellation and Refunds

• 3.1. 90% refund if cancelled 30 days before the trip.
• 3.2. 80% refund if cancelled 20 days before the trip.
• 3.3. 70% refund if cancelled 15 days before the trip.
• 3.4. No refund will be given if cancelled within 15 days before the trip.

Amendments

• 4.1. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
• 4.2. Changes to the booking are subject to availability and our approval.
• 4.3. Additional charges may apply for any amendments made to the original booking.

Campsite Regulations

• 5.1. All campers must comply with the rules and regulations of the campsite.
• 5.2. Campfires may be allowed only in designated areas and subject to local fire regulations.
• 5.3. Pets may be allowed in certain campsites, subject to our pet policy.
• 5.4. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• 5.5. Any damage caused to the campsite facilities or property due to negligence or non-compliance may result in additional charges.

Liability and Insurance

• 6.1. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
• 6.2. You are advised to have your own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Termination of Services

• 7.1. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual who fails to comply with our terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately.
• 7.2. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the campsite is located.
• 8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
