Payment Terms
Website Booking:
- 1.1. When making a booking through our website, 100% of the payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation.
- 1.2. Payment can be made online using our secure payment gateway during the booking process.
- 1.3. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
WhatsApp Booking:
- 2.1. If you choose to confirm your camping booking through WhatsApp, a 50% advance payment is required to secure your reservation.
- 2.2. The advance payment can be made through an agreed-upon payment method discussed during the WhatsApp booking process.
- 2.3. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the event day before the start of the camping event.
Full Balance Payment:
- 3.1. Regardless of the booking method, the full balance payment must be completed prior to the start of the camping event.
- 3.2. The exact deadline for the full balance payment will be communicated to you during the booking process.
- 3.3. Failure to complete the full balance payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Payment Methods:
- 4.1. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods as specified during the booking process.
- 4.2. Payment instructions and details will be provided to you during the booking confirmation.
Confirmation of Payment:
- 5.1. Once the payment is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email or message from us.
- 5.2. It is important to retain a copy of the confirmation for your records and present it during check-in or on the event day.
Non-Payment:
- 6.1. In the event of non-payment or failure to complete the required payment as per the agreed terms, your booking may be subject to cancellation, and any advance payment made may be forfeited.
- 6.2. We reserve the right to take legal action or pursue the collection of outstanding payment through appropriate means.
